This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and transmitted. This policy applies to our website ( and applications: Resus App & (‘OSCE’) Circuit Timer App. These applications are stand-alone and do not communicate data that users create or store to ourselves.

Data Processing

Data is processed with explicit consent of the user. 


Data submitted through our website is processed and handled through the third-party Wix who power the website and online chat tool. We do not collate this data or use it for marketing. By using this service the user agrees to sharing their data with this party. 


Users may choose to contact us via email and in doing so have given explicit consent to share their contact information with us. Details listed in these communications will be handled sensitively and confidentially.

Resus App: Patient Information

The General Data Protection Regulation (2016) (‘GDPR’) highlights patient data as a special type of data. We do not collect, analyse or process patient data. Any data pertaining to patients is created by the user and is stored on the user’s device, it is not transmitted to ourselves. To best facilitate confidentiality of patient data it should be anonymised and non-identifiable. Creation and storage of patient data is done so at the user’s discretion and in agreement to our terms and policies. Transmitting of application data, such as via emailing of application generated reports, is done so with explicit consent and instruction of the user in accordance with their agreement to local policy and our terms and policies.

Whilst using our website or applications we may ask for or collect information that identifies yourself, the user. 

Website & Email

When communicating with ourselves we may explicitly ask for information such as: title, name, email address and contact information. The user therefore gives their consent to share this data with us when doing so. 

Resus App

Identifiable information collected may include: title, full name, email address, contact number, place of work, grade and speciality. This information is not communicated or handled by ourselves and is captured for the purpose of clinical documentation only.

When using the application the user generates data through explicit data entry and selection. This includes, but is not limited to the, entering of: patient and staff related information; recording of drugs, doses and administration routes; recording of examinations, history, events and scores; and capturing and usage of photos and images. A user’s actions and interaction with the software via buttons and other controls captures data either directly inputted by the user or captured from the device, such as timestamps. 

Information Sharing

OurMesh does not share any information without your explicit written consent. We agree to not sell or transmit any of your data to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so, such as those indicated by GDPR and Data Protection Legislation. 

Certain services, such as our website and chat, are managed and powered by third parties. By usage of these services the user gives consent for them to process information in compliance with the third party’s polices and terms.

Personal Data Retention

We routinely archive and securely delete user data. You, the user, can contact us at to request your data to be deleted at any time. 

Data Subject Rights

Under GDPR data subjects (‘subjects’) are those whose data is processed by OurMesh. Subjects have rights including and not limited to those detailed below. 

Subjects have the right to access their data. They can contact us to gain a copy of any and all personal data held on themselves. This data includes the data pertaining to it, such as: the source of the data; how the data is processed; who has access to it etc. 

Subjects have the right to correct data that we have that pertains to themselves.
